Product Description

WFB vertical self priming centrifugal pump:
WFB series self control vertical self priming pump without seal is a new product developed by introducing advanced technology from abroad. The pump is suitable for conveying liquid containing solid particles, oily sewage and various liquids that are not easy to produce foam. It realizes "one-time adding guiding water and lifelong self-absorption". According to different conveying medium, it can be made of stainless steel, reinforced polypropylene, carbon steel, cast iron and other materials. WFB vertical self priming pump is widely used in electronics, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, food, electroplating, environmental protection, fire protection, municipal affairs, water purification, national defense, textile printing and dyeing, mining and dressing industries.
Features:
1, Interlink multi - sided centrifugal sealing device eliminates the problem of traditional packing seal, mechanical seal easy to wear, easy to leak shortcomings, completely eliminate the "run, run, drop, leak" phenomenon. It is the replacement of all kinds of submersible pumps, submersible sewage pumps, liquid pump as the ideal equipment.
2. The seal is free of friction and wear during operation, and its service life is more than 10 times that of vertical underwater pumps and submersible pumps.
3. The principle of vacuum pump extraction is introduced. After starting up, the air in the inlet pipeline of the pump will be sucked away to achieve self-priming.
4. The inlet pipeline can be equipped with air-controlled solenoid valve, which can automatically eliminate the liquid balance suction in the pump after shutdown, so as to realize "one-time infusion and lifelong self-suction".
5, high efficiency, small vibration, low noise, flexible movement, simple disassembly, easy installation, no need for foot fixation, eliminating long shaft fluid pump transport, installation, maintenance and other difficulties.
6, with superior self-control function, it can be used with high-tech and highly automated series.
Pump outline type :1 is rectangular, type 2 is conical, type 3 is explosion-proof, type 4 is outdoor, and type 5 is trolley mobile.
