Integrated by heat exchanging system and intelligent monitoring system. It can eliminate heat passively through the automatically started heat exchanging system with changing of temperature inside if the equipment, thus temperature inside the equipment can be controlled within the range pre-set

There are three alarm functions as below:

a) High temperature alarm: when the temperature of internal circling tuyere is higher than 60®C, high temperature alarm works.

b) Fan alarm: when the fans of internal & external circling stop working , the fan alarm works.

c) Low temperature alarm: when the temperature of internal circling tuyere is below -5®C, the low temperature alarm works.

When the three alarms work , alarm indicator brights red.


When pressing TEST button,the green LED lights , but do not flicker. Heat exchanger is self testing for three minutes, than green LED is off.



2 Control Panel
There are 48V power port, MON alarm ports, three alarm indicators and one button in WS120F control panel.
