Vibrations Absorber Hose

Introduction:
Metal hose which has excellent flexibility and vibration absorbing capacity, is covered tightly by high intensity protecting metal net and hoped by two metal rings at ends with copper fittings therefore it also has better pressure-resistant capacity.
Application:
Use for connection between circulating tubes and compressors of air-conditions, refrigerators, congealers, and etc to absorb vibration caused by the compressors and protect the whole tube system


Installation Instruction:
1. Hose shall be kept in horizontal or vertical position, which is not in line with compressors, to avoid static pulling or pressing stress.
2. Any collision with hard ting should be avoided before or after installation, and abrasion of corrugation with hard thing also should be avoided during using.
3.The end of be soldered in must be protected form excessive heating or disordering by means of wet tape or heat insulation paste for brazing processes silver solder type with low processing temperature has to be used, e.g. L-Argons and fluxing agent F-SH1.
