Application:
Vibrating feeder can feed lump or granulated materials to the other devices evenly and continuously. 2. It adopts eccentric block as the excitation source and features low noise, low energy consumption, good adjusting performance, and no material splashing.
3. Closed type vibrating feeder can prevent the pollution of dust.
4. The pressure caused by the material to the groove should be reduced to the greatest extend. The effective discharge opening should be smaller than the one quarter of the groove width. The flow rate should be controlled within 6-18m/min.
5. For feeding materials with a large quantity, a fender with enough height should be installed at the outlet. This fender should not be fixed to the feeder since it will affect the performance of the machine.
6. For smooth charging, the best discharging angle is 55ÿ?65ÿ?

Working pinciple:
This vibrating feeder adopts an eccentric block to produce centrifugal force which makes the movable parts like screen box and vibrator move continuously in a circle or an approximate circle. The material then vibrates and jumps with the screen box on the tilted screen and is then continuously and equably discharged.

It is also as known as a constant weight feeder or a smooth automatic feeder, a pendulum feeder is used as the feeding equipment for ball mill belt conveyor.

Instructions on Installation, Debugging, Usage and Maintenance:
1. If the pendulum feeder is used for dosing and constant feeding, it should be horizontally installed to ensure even and stable feeding and prevent gravitational flows. If it is used for continuous feeding, it can be installed with a declination angle of 10ÿ? If the feeding materials are sticky or of high moisture content, an installation angle of 15ÿ?is recommended.
2. This pendulum feeder should be horizontally installed with a travel clearance of 20mm. The suspension equipment should adopt flexible connection.
3. Before operation, all bolts should be firmly fastened, especially for the foundation bolts. After continuous working of 3 to 5 hours, bolts should be fastened again.
4. Under trial condition, two vibrating motors should rotate reversely.
5. During the feeding process, users should carry out regular check on the stability of amplitude, electricity and noise. The pendulum feeder should be stopped immediately if when abnormality happens.
6. Lubricating oil should be added into the motor bearing bimonthly. In the seasons with high temperatures, lubricating oil should be added once a month.
Disk Feeder
Application:
Disk ore feeder is a cubage measurin feeding equipment; it supplies materials to the next procedure evenly and continously; at the same time, it can bear relavtively higher pressure. It is a fine powdery material feeder suitable for non-cohesive materials like coal powder, cement, chamotte, limestone, shale, gngue and clunch. It is widely used in gold concentrator, coal mine, chemikcal plant, construction and foundery for quantitative and even feeding.

Advantages:
Simple structure, eas-to-adjust and excellent in performance. Disk feeder is suitable for conveying of materials with granulariy less than 50mm, while it is not suitable for cohesive materials, easy-to-flow or hard-to-flow materials.
