Principle and Structture Description:
1. The machine's working principle is: vacuum bag vacuum while heating, under this conditions make the glass and EVA film (also called EN film) heat together, to form a laminated safety glass.
2.The machine is made up by this six parts:funrnace body,electric control systerms,vacuum pump,heat circulation,cooling systems and loading/unloading systems..furnace boby is made from steel,inside the furnace body using two kinds of anti-temperature materials.The intlelligent thermostat can be programmed. It can conplete the whole process automatically or manualy .The vauum pump is hight-quality.and the silical gel plate is durable. The heating devie is advanced , and the upper and lower surface were heated evenly on each floor vacuum bag,.So the product is high qualitied. The loading and unloading part works electricly,Itý­s easy to operate and can reduce the intensity of work.
