Product Description
Upcast system produces top quality rod for the wire and cable industry ( including feeding the conform line for copper rectangular wire production) , with the outstanding performance of high electrical conductivity and good drawing ability. Our upward continuous casting line has the main advantages of low investment, good product quality, pollution free and easy operation. Different line configurations of single, double and triple furnaces are available for production capacity ranging from 1500 to 10000 tons per year. Different rod diameters can be chosen: 8mm, 17mm, 20mm and 25mm, etc. It is tailor- made to match the needs of each specific customer. We provide all logistic ways from acquisition to operation and rod testing.
