While microorganisms in the sample during transport to the inspection institution are prevent from being dried by the medium components and moisture and are designed to maintain viability.

After restoration It is stable for 12 hours in 15 to 25 Celsius degree, 5 days at 2 to 8 Celsius degree and can be kept stable for 4weeks at -25 Celsius to -15 Celsius degree.
