Product Description
ULTEM™ Resin 2110EPR is an amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) grade reinforced with 10% glass fiber. Contains internal mold release and offers high flow with low toxicity, smoke evolution and enhanced electroplatability. Provides long-term heat resistance and stability of physical and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures with high stiffness and excellent strength up to 200 ®C. Exhibits exceptionally high-tolerance dimensional capabilities, broad chemical resistance and easy processability. Retains strength and resists stress cracking when exposed to automotive, aircraft and hydrolytic fluids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, acids and weak aqueous solutions. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Complies with ECO regulations. Is UL rated, 94V-0 and 94-5VA.
