RELIABLE TRIP CURVES CONTROL
The tests are performed with sine-wave alternating current (when using external voltage regulator), which guaranties obtaining highly accurate trip curves.

VERSATILITY
The system can be used for primary current injection testing of switchgear with all types of switches: electromagnetic, thermal and electronic.

FULL PRIMARY INJECTION CYCLE
UPA-1 and UPA-3 can perform circuit breaker tests in accordance with IEC 60898-1, including fixed-duration current injection tests.

TOROIDAL CURRENT TRANSFORMER
The system consists of a control unit and a current source unit. The current unit is a light-weight and compact toroidal transformer with highly efficient power transfer.

SAFE DESIGN
Two-unit design allows an operator to remain at a safe distance away from the high current source.
