Product Description
This test is used to simulate mechanical abuse from impact that may result in an internal short circuit.
Test standards: UN38.3 UL1642
1.Materials: the internal box is made of SUS 304 stainless steel and pasted with Teflon tapes for insulation, fireproof and easy to clean up after testing. External box is made of A3 cold roll steel sheets. The box structure is firm and resistant to impact.
2.The impact platform reinforcement of the test box is 10mm thick (the bottom plate is strong and anti-impact).
3.Impact method is free fall.
4.With safety protection device, a safety hook mounted at the middle of beam, to protect against sudden power cuts.
