UHMWPE composite pipe

UHMWPE composite pipe is made of UHMWPE pipe and carbon steel pipe according to the scientific process. Its outer layer is the steel pipe with flange as the enhanced protective layer, and its inner layer is UHMWPE pipe as the matrix pipe. The inner UHMWPE pipe is extended out of the outer layer of the matrix nozzle and cover the flange face into a whole structure, so we can combine UHMWPE pipe and carbon steel pipe to form the pipeline equipments with the features of wear resistance, impact resistance, anti-corrosion, resistance to high pressure, self-lubrication,impact performance absorbing, anti-bonding. 3. Recycling

Steel pipe needs only one-time investment. The old pipe can be repaired and lined UHMWPE layer and continued to use. Every time lined UHMWPE layer, its service time is equivalent to 4-5 times the life of the metal pipe, so you can save money further.
