U type sic heating element

Yuhao U type sic heating Rod is manufactured by taking two carefully-matched SiC rods and uniting them with a silicon carbide bridge. These elements provide for wiring both terminals from one side of furnace. Ideal for drop-through designs, radiant tube systems or where one element will not span the heating chamber. For maximum performance up to 1425 (2600).

We adopt new production process for cold ends, so our SiC heating elements/ SiC Heater have excellent specific rate of hot zone resistance and cold end resistance, saving energy, long life, avoiding over-temperature of cold ends to damage the furnace body. The commercial name of our SiC heating elements/ SiC heater is Yuhao SiC heating elements or SiC Heater.
