Two roll rubber open mixing mill

The machine is used for mixing and kneading raw rubber,synthetic rubber, thermoplastics or EVA with chemicals into even materials. The even materials can be fed to calendar ,hot presses or other processing machinery for making rubber or plastic products.
Rubber mixing mill machine for double roller machine, with welding structure base, frame, rollers, gears, lubrication device, heating, cooling device, roller is adjusting device, safety brake and motor, gear, etc. The roller adopts safe cold hard cast-iron, formed by the surface grinding smooth surface. Inside the hollow cylinder for use, can according to the requirement, the steam and cooling water are used to regulate the temperature of the rolls. Two rolls with different relative rotation speed, rubber roller into two slot by mechanical processing.
It adopts dual output reducer, the front and behind roller can be separately with rolling bearing structure, the roller can adopts hollow center groove roller or drilling hole roller against difference using scope as mixing, refining or press pieces etc. This machine can be installed stock blender according to customer's requirement to decrease the labor strength, also equipped with safety device.
