Tungsten carbide cold rolls is the main products of UKO, our cold rolls is used in reinforcement wire cold rolling and forming, we had more than 15 years experience to processing cold rolls, and exported to 21 countries for more than 4 years, till now, 0 complain of the quality.
Our rolls include PR,CA,CO,RT,RO,FO type. Also could make it as per customer requirements.
The material of rolls blanks we used are sintered in HIP furnace, 100% virgin material.
Sizing, forming, reducing and profiling rolls are made of either tungsten carbide or steel and are used to produce smooth or ribbed wire for the construction field.
