Tubular Separator

Working Principle: This kind of separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl¡« collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper part of the bowl is flexible mainshaft and the lower part of bowl is damp floating bearing. The mainshaft connected with a driven wheel by the buffer coupling seat, power transmitted by the motor to the driven wheel through the transmission belt and the tensioner to make the bowl rotate around its own axis at an high speed therefore it forms a strong centrifugal force field. The product sprays into the liquid inlet by the bottom liquid inlet; liquid is forced by centrifuge force to flow upward along the inner wall of the bowl and then is separated into different layers according to different density.
GF type separator, liquid phase with high density forms an outer loop and liquid phase with low density forms an inner loop. They respectively flows upward to the upper of the bowl to discharge out of their own outlets, little solid is settled on the inner wall of the bowl and then discharged manually after the machine stops.Main Purposes: Type GF separator widely used for various emulsion separating, especially for liquid-liquid two phase separating which have a slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid three phase separating which have a little impurity, such as transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricant oil, fuel oil, dye, fat oil, saponification and various micro powder, oral liquid, medical liquid , plasma, biologic medicine, extracting plasma from animalsÿ?blood refining phosphatide of bean etc. treating sewage and separating oil and water.
