Truck-mounted concrete pump, 53M, RZ5

The Steelus plant specializes in the production of truck-mounted concrete pumps. Production is located in South Korea and is carried out jointly by foreign and Korean specialists. We have developed the most easy-to-maintain and at the same time reliable equipment, using Korean technologies and the personal experience of Russian engineers in extreme weather conditions and with minimal infrastructure. The technological cycle of creating concrete pumps is carried out by professional engineers and designers. The production takes into account the experience of working on this equipment, the wishes of the owners of this equipment, and also uses high-quality and proven materials, which allows us to achieve high quality products. After the assembly and launch of the concrete pump, each piece of equipment is tested.
Despite its compact scale, the plant has a large production capacity due to reliable suppliers of quality components, which are also used for assembly by well-known European and Korean manufacturers of concrete pump trucks such as Everdigm, JunJin, etc. Cooperation with manufacturers of structure and spare parts of concrete pump trucks and rich experience of the working staff allow us to produce at least two concrete pump trucks per month.
At the moment, the company has developed and is manufacturing five models of concrete pumps (38Z4, 41R4, 43R4, 53R5, 53RZ5) based on Daewoo vehicles. Also in the near future it is planned to launch the production of aerial platforms, truck cranes and other special equipment.
