Taking super-micro inorganic composite powder as raw material, Transparent Masterbatch is a kind of superior performance filler masterbatch produced with surface modification technology. It has good compatibility with PE and PP plastic. Plastic products filled with Transparent Masterbatch have good mechanical properties and excellent transparency.
According to different requirements, Transparent Masterbatch is divided into three models, TM600, TM800 and TM500.
Applications
TM600 is mainly used in High-end Film products. With certain adding rate, it can maintain the transparency and tensile strength of the virgin materials.
TM800 is widely used in Film Blowing, Blow Molding and Injection. With certain adding rate, it can maintain the transparency of the virgin materials while lowering the production cost by a large margin.
TM500 is applicable to lower-end Film Blowing, Blow Molding and Injection. With certain adding rate, it can reduce the production cost.
