Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminated sheet (also known as: Phenolic cotton fabric laminated sheet, cotton based phenolic laminate, fabric based bakelite sheet, cotton cloth reinforced phenolic laminate, phenolic cotton cloth laminate, C CE L LE, PFCC201 PFCC202 PFCC203 PFCC204)
Description:
These grades are composed of a cotton fabric impregnated with a phenolic resin binder. They have good electrical property, excellent mechanical property, good heat resistance, excellent acid resistance, good solvent resistance, and easy to process.
Cotton based grades provide more mechanical strength than paper based grades and have finer surface with better machinability.
Applications:
For use in Machine spare parts, gears, pinions, bearing retainers, scrapers, pneumatic tools, motors, conveyer machine, textile machinery, and other insulating structural parts.
