When we talk about glue， first of all， we will check about belts that can bond， then we can talk about the cold bonding glue afterwards.

As we all known， from materials， conveyor belt can be divided into usual belt （NN，CC，EP）， ST steelcord conveyor belt and PVC/PVG whole core belt.

Usual conveyor belt can be divided into nylon belt and fabric belt， we can apply for cold bonding to reach to certain jointing standard.

Steelcord belt bonding technology is the most complicated， not only the technology is too complicated， but also the joint dimensions are too many， different grade products have different joint structure， to guarantee the result， we will choose hot splicing methods.

Whole core conveyor belt is very special， not easy to joint， we usually choose the mechanical jointing method， that is belt button jointing， if the belt can reach to 8 grade， we usually choose hot vulcanization joint.

So which glue is suitable to cold bonding？ China inland glue or Ramimtech glue？

We should analyze it under certain environment， they all can do belt repair， belt bonding and pulley lagging， china inland glue can reach to the degree of 80，but Ramimtech glue can reach to the degree of 120， inland glue applies the physical bonding， Ramimtech glue applies chemical bonding method， applies the vulcanization， whose bonding method can reach to most excellent degree. So when we do conveyor belt bonding， Ramimtech glue has advantage.

To reach the best result， we suggest Ramimtech glue.

Ramimtech cold bonding glue SK313，not only suitable to the temperature minus 40 degree to 120 degree and chemical bonding， but also suitable to flame retardant， uv resistance， ozone，acid， alkali and oil resistance， even exposing under high temperature， the property still not changes.

Note： cold splicing glue SK313 can have good result if it can work with Ramimtech repair strip.
