Product Description
Provide the textile excellent soft, smooth & dropping handfeel.
High concentration, high cost-effective, good compatibility.
Less yellowing, not affect the color shade & whiteness.
2.Property:
Composition: Modified organo-siloxane complex
Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid
Ionicity: Weak cationic
pH: 6¯0.5 (1% soln)
Solubility: Easy soluble in cold water
Solid content: 45¯2%
3.Application:
Exhaust process
Softener S-903: 1-5%(OWF) (According to the textile type & handfeel)
Processing: 40-50℃ x 20min
Padding process: pick up 60-90%
Softener S-903: 20-60g/l (According to the textile type & handfeel)
Drying & setting: 150℃-190℃ x 0.5-3min
4.Package & Storage:
Package: 120KG/Drum
Storage: keep in dark, dry, ventilating place and store temp. is 0 - 40℃
Shelf life: 12 months
