• Application

Tempered glass is used as safety glass. It is extensively applied to the places meeting the critical request of high mechanical strength and safety. The most common uses include, glass doors, curtain walls of buildings, indoor partitions, elevators, showcases, large frontal windows of buildings, furniture, and household appliances.

• Types of product

Clear, tinted, color glazed, coated, Low-E, and their combinations such as laminated glass.

• Color

Clear, ultra white, color glazed, coated, Low-E, and their combinations such as IGU and laminated glass.

• High mechanical resistance strength

Tempered glass is 3-5 times stronger than float
glass of the same thickness

• Safety

Glass is not easy to be broken while attacked. Broken glass particles are honeycomb shape and have obtuse angles, which won’t cause severe injury to the human body.

• Thermal stability

The thermal stability of tempered glass is 3 times higher than float glass of the same thickness. Tempered glass can withstand temperature shifts of 220℃-250℃, while float glass can only withstand temperature shifts from 70℃ to 100℃.
