Description:

• High material opening rate; the opening rollers are made by V-wire which is stable quality, long life and less maintenance; the material can be opened for 98% without hurting the silicon.
• Changeable filling pipe size that works for different size of toys from 10cm to 100cm up.
• Adjustable blending device inside of the stuffer, so that the material is not easy become balling.
• The finished production is elastic, soft and fluffy. • Lower air pressure required. • The material distributor is made by aluminum material that without
noise, shaking while working and the material can be transported to a long distance.
