1.1 We, APK Ogneupor LLC ready to supply Coltan (Та2О5). With no less than 20% Та2О5 (up to 39,9%).
2. QUANTITY AND QUALITY

2.1. Quantity of the Raw material shall be up to 40000 kg, including up to 8190 kg Ta contained.
2.2. Quality of the Raw material:
2.2.1.Chemical composition Raw material:
Та2О5 mass fraction: min. 20%
Nb2О5 mass fraction: min. 10%
TiО2 mass fraction: max. 5%
SiО3 mass fraction: max. 10%
WO3 mass fraction: max. 3%.
No requirements for other impurities.

2.2.2. Moisture: max. 1%.
2.2.3. Specific activity: max. 0.5% Th.

2.2.4. Particle size:

• Less than 2.8mm: min. 50%
• Above 10.0mm: not allowable.
2.2.5. No foreign inclusions visible with a naked eye shall be allowed.

2.2.6. The Raw material shipment shall be enclosed with the The certificate Quality Alex Stewart (Assayers) Ltd. Independent inspection
Quality Certificates for the Raw material shall show the following actual values:

- Таntalum Oxide mass fraction
- Niobium Oxide mass fraction
- Titanium Oxide mass fraction
- Tungsten Oxide mass fraction
- Silicon Oxide mass fraction
- Moisture
- Net weight of the Raw material de-scribed in this Quality Certificate.

Та2О5 to Та conversion coefficient is 0.819.
