TX Series Rotary Joint

Structure feature:
1. Use one-tube ball,sphere surface is refined and chrome plated.This sphere surface structure will help reduce the deflection and vibration derived from the body of revolution.
2. Use carbon/graphite sliding bearings with resistance to wear,corrosion-resistance,self-lubricating properties to assume the function of supporting paralell and ro ensure the long-term stable operation of the ball operation.
3. Use special heat-resistant stainless steel spring,which there is sufficient thermal stability in the steam medium temperature,to ensure the timely compensation and the close fit of sealing surface at the time of friction and wear behaviour.
4. Use FFKM O-ring which has over-all properties of heat resistance and corrosion resistance etc.To achieve block and seal between inner and external pipes.
5. For the products greater than 25A specifications,add a carbon/graphite guide ring to strengthen the capacity of paralelling support.
