TPSiV¬ 4000-70A by Dow Corning is a silky, soft, UV stable, colorable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Exhibits high mechanical strength, low compression set, superior hydrolytic-, chemical-, abrasion-, thermal-, UV (ultra-violet)- and water resistance. Possesses durability & printability and shows excellent bonding to polycarbonate, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)/ similar polar substrates. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for solution for soft touch overmolding on smart phones, portable electronic cases and earbuds.
