1.Model

TDWFEX low carbon feeding compound is applicable to risers feeding steel casting which is sensible about carbon, it is made up of low carbon materials.
TDW FEX has two models 707 and 707F.

2.action principle

the product increase the quantity of heat of the riser through its heat preservation and radiation itself. It can lengthen the crusting time and make the molten metal under the action of barometric pressure for a long time. With the solidifying contraction of the molten metal in the cavity, the molten metal in the risers anaplerosis to form feeding. At the same time, it is helpful for the gas evolution and impurities floating.
