Synvisc One

Synvisc One is an intra-articular injection used to reduce osteoarthritis knee pain. It restores the elasticity and viscosity of synovial fluid surrounding the joint, leading to enhanced joint movement. The product helps to coat and re-lubricate the joint surfaces by supplementing the deteriorated fluid in the knee.

Synvisc One containg 48mg / 6ml of Hylan G - F 20. It is an animal-based viscosupplement that helps relieve pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee. The injection contains a gel-like substance called hyaluronan, derived from chicken combs. Other ingredients are sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate hydrate, and water for injection.
