Detailed information on the following:
(1) Cleaning and Washing Section: two accepts are included:Dry Sieve and Paddle Washing Machine. Dry sieve can effectively remove dirt, sand and small stones. Paddle washing machine will remove silts and impurities from the surface of cassava.
(2) Crushing Section: it includes Cutting Machine and Rasper.

(3) Screening Section:

a. Centrifuge Sieve is stainless steel, easy for installation and maintenance.(high efficiency of starch sieving, good technical index).

b. Fine Fiber Sieve →Mainly used for the removal of fine fiber in crude starch, higher throughput, low energy consumption and good effect of starch sieving.

(4) Concentrating Sections:

a. Hydrocyclone Station can remove fiber, protein and cell to further process starch milk. The hydrocyclone pipe made of strengthened nylon.

b. Vacuum Filter: It is a solid-liquid separation machine which is formed by vacuum pressure and vacuum filtration. It is the negative pressure formed at the outlet of filtrate as a driving force for filtration. The basic principle of vacuum dehydrator for starch makingis that under the action of vacuum negative degree(0.04-0.08MPa), the liquid in suspension is withdrawn through filter cloth, while solid particles are withheld.
(5) Sieving Section: The function of starch sieve: classification the starch in accordance with the different mesh.
