1 Mask production line
1.1 Introduction
This machine is mainly used for automatic forming of flat masks.After the entire roll of fabric is unrolled, it is driven by rollers,and the fabric is automatically folded and wrapped.Nose bridge rolls unrolled by traction.Cut and import into the hemmed fabric,both sides are welded to seal by ultrasonic welding,and then through the ultrasonic side seal.It is cut and shaped by a cutter ; transported to the two mask ear band welding stations through an assembly line.The final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding. After the mask is made, it is transported to flat belt line and collected.
1.2 Process
The production line consists of 2 parts, 1 forming part;1 welding ear line and discharge part.
1.2.1 Forming and slitting parts section
This part completes the forming and slitting of the flat mask .
Process: Rolling up the raw material --- Multi-layer compounding-Mechanical folding --- Ultrasonic welding --- Slicing-Dividing station.
1.2.2 Ear-hung rope fusion part
This part is for welding the ear lanyards on both sides of the mask and outputting the finished product;positioning (simultaneous rope feeding and fixed length cutting)-left and right servo pressing, welding rope head-welding rope tail-output finished product (On the take-up belt according to setting number).
