Product Description
SULTANA is made of the best seedless grapes. To reach the desired quality, all raisins are washed and sorted twice in each process and then dipped in edible oil and then dried. Iranian sultana raisins are available in two light brown and dark brown colors and tend to be sweeter. Sultana raisins have a delicate and unique flavor.
They are high in sugar content. sultanas can be treated with sulfur in order to gain a light brown color but the most popular one is the dark brown sultana which is not treated with sulfur and it is used widely in bread industry, cake- and pastry bakeries, cereal producers, and the dairy industry.
