Submersible pump

Introduction
Submersible pump is a device which has a hermetically sealed motor close-coupled to the pump body. The whole assembly is submerged in the fluid to be pumped. Impellers and lining of submersible impurity pump are made of Xinhai rubber which is abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant and easy to replace.
Features
Vortex design allows our products to pump any solids that pass through the pump suction, even stringy, fibrous or tramp material.
Xinhai abrasion resistant rubber provides long wear life on heavy slurry applications.
Xinhai pump handles much higher concentrations of air than centrifugal pumps.
Particle degradation is greatly reduced since pumped solids do not pass through the impeller.
Application
Submersible pumps are found in many applications. They are usually applied in metal mining, nonmetal mining, coal, chemical, papermaking, agriculture, food industries and waste water operation, etc.
Working principle
The submersible pumps used in ESP installations are multistage centrifugal pumps operating in a vertical position. Produced liquids, after being subjected to great centrifugal forces caused by the high rotational speed of the impeller, lose their kinetic energy in the diffuser where a conversion of kinetic to pressure energy takes place. This is the main operational mechanism of radial and mixed flow pumps.
