Stress Corrosion Testing Machine

Functional Characteristics:
It can customize according to the test requirements of customers. which can simultaneously complete the stress corrosion tests of hydraulic pipes and connectors of 6 pieces with same specification.
The equipment consists of two independent functional cabinets for easy transportation, installation and maintenance, including oil source power cabinet and smoke test box.
It also have a set of pressurization system of automatic shutoff device, when there is a failure or pressure reduction, it will shutoff device of automatic working.
To check before starting, the system will start self protection when the sensor is abnormal or improper test program. 
Electrical system: over voltage/over current/over heat protection and motor overload protection.
Hydraulic system: pressure protection, oil temperature protection, oil blocking protection.
The software can draw kinds of testing curves. With local amplification or reduction, single display or multiple superposition curves of comparison etc.
Real-time collection, operation processing and real-time display of test data, curves drawing during whole testing.
