Description: General-purpose steel cord belt use high-strength steel cord as frame materials, and it is built in a ‘uniplane’ construction with insulation gum and outer rubber covers, then after curing process, it will be the product.

Application: Steel cord conveyor belts are widely used in distributed occasion, cement, coal mines, quarries, mining, power plants, metallurgy, ports and chemical industry, etc. It is popularly applied to main transmission lines, long overland transportation, laneway transportation, ship loader, tilt transmission, the transmission of other demanding requirements.
Advantages: High tensile strength, low elongation values, impact resistance and good troughability. Available for long-distance, large capacity, high-speed transmission of massive, granular and powder materials.

5. Limiting of longitudinal cuts and tears with one or two layer of steel cord tensioning according to customers’ special requirement
6. Good throughability: As the belt body has no transverse skeleton, it is easy to form a deep trough, so the beltscan load more materials and prevent the materials from escaping
