The cone crusher is suitable for crushing varies kinds of mid-hard and above mid-hard ores and rocks, such as ironstone, granite, limestone, quartz, copper ore and so on. Its spring secure system acts as an overload protection to allow the abnormal iron to pass without damaging the machine. The sealing system uses double dry oil or water sealing to separate the lubricating oil from stone powder to guarantee its reliable operation. The crushing cavity of cone crusher has standard, medium, and short-head type to fit the needs of medium crushing, fine crushing and medium-fine crushing.
Working Principles of Cone Crusher:
This kind machine crushes the materials through the working surface between the fixed cone and movable cone. The movable jaw is supported by the spherical bearing and fixed on a hanging upright shaft which is arranged on the eccentric sleeve. The movable cone and upright shaft are drove together by the eccentric shaft sleeve. The eccentric shaft sleeve is directed by horizontal shaft and marginate gear, and the wheel of the belt conveyor is drove by motor through the v-belts. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone reaches near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces; when the movable cone leaves, the grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole. The fixed cone can be up or down by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole, consequently the output size is determined adjusted. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.
