Four spiral wire high pressure hose Our spiral wire high pressure hose consists of three parts: seamless oil resistant neoprene rubber tube, spiral plies of high tensile steel wire, and synthetic rubber that is resistant to oil, abrasion and weather.
The temperature ranges from -40°C to +121°C (-40°F to 250°F).

The hose can be operated at high working pressures and because of this it finds its applications on modern construction, marine, mining, and forestry equipment. It’s very flexible and the length can be customized.

Construction:
Black and oil resistant synthetic rubber tube, synthetic rubber cover and four layers spirally wrapped high tensile steel wire reinforcement. It is weather, oil, fuel, ozone and abrasion-resistant.

Application:
It can be used in petroleum-based high pressure fluids of very high pressure and tight bends because of extraordinary flexibility, excellent bend radius properties and exceptional impulse life. The working temperature can up to +125°C.

Multi-spiral high pressure hose

This multi-spiral hose is used in extreme pressure applications where high working pressures and superior resistance to impulsion are required. The working machines can be heavy duty types due to the multi-spiral construction of the high pressure hose.
Reinforcement: six or more spiral plies of high tensile steel wire.
