A. Quantity feeding system
The input detector that can control the quantity of the feeding; it can adjust the feeding speed and help the operator to control the speed. And we have equipped the inverter with my conveyor.

B. Patent Force feeding

KOWIN extruder is equipped with the patented powerful compounding & force feeding system. The feeding chamber is with powerful crinite plate to compound & force feed the material into extruder very quickly & smoothly. Especially for light material & powder, like PE film, PP woven sack, Raffia.
No bridge jammed. It absolutely 100% solve the problem for the old design offered from other suppliers.
AUTO MATICALLY QUANTITY CONTROL
The powerful compounding & force feeding system is controlled by inverter too. Inverter controls the force-feeding sweeping speed, and the speed adjustment is decided by the frequency of force-feeding sweeping direction (run clockwise & change being turn reverse automatic when the material quantity up to our standard).
MATERIAL AND SPECIAL
Cast steel one shape design, the accuracy and durable is much longer than welding steel or iron.
Water cooling, The force feeding chamber is with water cooled design. Ensure long life and condition control.

C. Special screw
Not only the melting function, the special pitch and screw design, increasing the mixing ability that is especially design recycled material (with a little bit dirty or mixing). The inside air and moisture can be removed better.

D. With Toshiba Invert
At force feeding and main screw, we use the inverter control, that would more convenient for operator and suitable for recycled material( not always the same like new material).
At hot weather country, nice inverter will not shut down like local inverter.
