Soy protein isolate hydrolysate
It is an Enzymed Soy Protein Isolate produced from Natural GMO - free soy bean with IP certification. It disperses well , low in viscosity, it provides excellent nutritional properties.
It is produced and designed for use in meat industry by injection in brine system. Whole muscle meat products (Ham etc) can be improved by using soy protein brine injection & massage & tenderization to tenderize and reduce cooking losses. Poultry breasts pumped with slurries of soy protein isolate, salt, and flavors are also becoming popular.Product quality attributes include increased yields, improved firmness, and enhanced slicing characteristics.
