The water reduction rate is generally around 20%, but it has high requirements for cement and sand of concrete.If the mud content in the sand is slightly larger, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a water reduction rate of 0.However, the technical team found that when using polycarboxylate superplasticizer's dosage is 6% of weight with sodium lignosulfonate's dosage 4%-6%,the water reduction rate will reach the most ideal water reducing ratio and the cost of concrete admixture is also the most economical.Because of the characteristics of calcium and magnesium ions in Sodium lignosulfonate, it is easy to occur precipitation and discoloration when mixed with polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
