In the years we specialized in rebuilding several types of automatic Soap Packaging Equipment, ie:

-Conventional Soap Wrappers such as ACMA, Carle & Montanari and GD
-Soap Bundlers and Soap over-wrappers
-Soap Cartoning machines with continuous and alternate motion
-Soap Stretch-film and Soap pleat wrappers

Our technical department designed and applied several new devices on existing machines in order to meet the customers needs.
We improved obsolete systems of second-hand Soap Wrapping Machines with new systems such as suction-cup rotary turrets on C&MP22 or EMP registration devices on ACMA 791.
We tailor the machines to meet the Customer s needs by adding the newly developed groups or existing optional groups (sheet magazine feeding, cold-glue device, splicers, etc.).

We offer a variety of services such as:
-experienced engineers for start-up or problem solving,
-specifications for soap wrapping materials,
-reconditioning of your existing soap packaging machines,
-the supply of change parts (size groups) and the most common spare parts for several different models of Soap Packaging Machines
