Smart Card Data Personalization Machine YDP-6000 Model 2017

Card Data Personalization Machine YDP-6000 is designed to realize the following smart card personalization functions:
1) RFID card electrical performance test (check chip circuit inside RFID card good or not, if not good, the bad cards will be rejected);
2) RFID card chip data reading, data writing or password change (8 RFID encoding heads, It can read UID from such RFID chips including Mifare S50, S70, Desfire MOA8, Ultralight, Plus, Ntag203, Ntag213, ICODE 2, FUDAN and KUNRUI chips. It can write data or change initial passwords in such RFID chips including Mifare S50, S70, Ultralight, Ntag203, Ntag213, ICODE 2, FUDAN and KUNRUI chips.);
3) Encode Magnetic stripe with the source data file (Double-side magnetic stripe writing function is available to ensure writing data into upper side or lower side magnetic stripe) ;
4) Encode magnetic stripe with the printed data on card surface (like number/barcode/QR code) by OCR visual inspection unit.
5) Encode magnetic stripe with the RFID Chip data read by RFID encoding head.
6) Card quality control function (check whether the finished cards are good or not by means of OCR surface data (number/barcode/QR code) reading +RFID card chip data reading +magnetic stripe data reading to compare with the source data file) ;
Basic configuration includes:
Card feeding magazine→multi-card feeding check unit→OCR visual inspection unit→RFID card encoding unit (8 heads) →magnetic stripe encoding unit (magnetic stripe upper side and lower side available)→Bad Card Rejection Unit →Good Card Collection magazine

Note:
The existing magnetic stripe encoding unit installed on the line can process all standard magnetic card (HiCo/LoCo, 300oe-4000oe, 3 tracks, 12.7mm wide, CR80 card) , but the magnetic cards encoded by the existing magnetic encoding module cannot fully meet the strict specification of ISO 7811 for high-end financial bank cards.
