Product Description
Sintered bearings are self-lubricating and maintenance free bearings. These bearings are based on powder-metallurgy technology and consist of porous matrix which are impregnated with lubricating oil. The lubricating oil contained in the pores in the bearing is circulated and plays the role of lubricant in the bearing system during operation. Sliding velocity of these bearings are very high, making them suitable for rotating applications like machine tools, household equipment, electrical equipment, automobiles and printing machinery.
These bearings are available in various sizes in cylindrical / sleeve, flanged cylindrical, spherical, thrust washer and special shapes. They are economical, suitable for high production rates and can be manufactured to precision tolerances.
