1. Foreword
DDSF314, Static Single Phase Electronic Multi-tariff Kilowatt-hour Meter, is a new type, high technology of energy meter which is made with up to date IC of MC68HC908LJ12 of Motorola and by SMT technology, it has good characteristics of high capability of anti-electromagnetism interfering, wide voltage extension, high dependability, high precision, long life-span, low power consumption and tamperproof features etc.
The measuring department of the meter adopts IC of ADE7755, the signal comes from PT and CT is exchanged into power pulse signal via measuring IC and then is sent to the CPU. The CPU and memorizer registers energy pulse according to the different time and tariff, at the same time the meter realizes functions of display, memory and communication.
The palm computer can be used to program, copy data from the meter through IRDA communication interface. RS-485 also can be used to communicate with central computer. The clock in the meter can be adjusted via wireless broadcast system.
The meter is used to measure AC active power in multi-tariff way, its performance is accord with IEC61036-2000 and DL/T645-1997.
