Single Phase Anti-tamper kWh Meter

Functions and Features:

1. The meter measures active energy consumption for single phase power supply system uses the Larger of the Two Currents (Phase or Neutral) to Bill for anti-tamper.

2. Previous six months active energy and other related parameters are stored in the meter NVM memory.

3. The meter calculates Demand for an integration time of 30 minutes and records MD, date and time thereof.

4. Clock and calendar: The minimum unit of clock is second. The calendar is up to 100 years. Date & time can be set by meter-reading instrument.

5. The meter can be read or set by CMRI.

6. Anti-tamper: The meter will detect and register energy in forward direction only in any one or combination of following tamper conditions:
i) Reverse phase and neutral
ii) Reverse line and load terminals
iii) Load through local earth

7. Meter can work normally and the accuracy will not be affected by DC magnetic field from all sides of the meter or external AC magnetic influence tests as per CBIP Tech-report 88 with latest amendments.
