Silicon Rubber FAQ:
Why does the silicon rubber mold appear to be dry outside but wet inside?
Usually, we will dry out the water of the liquid silicon rubber to make sure its long shelf-life, while silicon rubber is a kind of condensation silicon rubber, which get solidified after absorbing water from the air.
The best solution to it is to add 0.05% water into the silicon rubber and stir it slowly when you want to use it.
