Working principle
Shuttle cars for warehouse transport is powered by cable reels at the bottom of the trucks. One end of AC 380V cable is linked to power source and the other end is linked to the motor. The cable is wound around cable reel. When the transport trucks run, the cable reels let out or collect the cable. The motor is controlled through the AC control system to drive gear reducer and wheels to control the trucks.
