TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Validity Price : NA.
Shipment :
– Approximately 20 ~ 30 Working day after received DOWN PAYMENT.

Terms of Payment :

– 50% Down Payment in 3 working days after received Proforma Invoice and 50% balance after All Document.

2. Customer must be send swift copy or TT copy of each transfer to easy tracking fund transfer and archieve of PT BCP Finance.

3. Incoterms & Port of loading : FOB & Port Klang - Malaysia.

4. Provide standard shipping documents only such as : Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Analysis issued by manufacture, Certificate of Origin issued by manufacture.

5. All import lisences must be obtained by the buyer and we have no obligations whatsoever in the regard.

6. All import duty and taxes levied on the goods are to be for the buyer’s account.
