1. U-2800 type Semi-auto gluer composes of main form and two small conveyers.
2. Main form including form, up and down working table, forepart feeding section, forepart proofread section, middle transportation section, middle press section, side carton delivery section, electric control system.
3. The machine imported famous brand electric spare parts, Siemens electric, OMROPN photoelectric switch, Japan TOKY counter, Taiwan mean well electric power supply. Gluer head adopt alloy material, antacid-base to keeping the gluer head for long life. Main motors adopt Taiwan motor.
Feeding unit
The feeding unit of the machine has two paper board to hold AB two pieces of papers, which helps to improve the production efficiency. Below adopt the air sucking structure, which is conducive to improve transport efficiency and accuracy.
Connecting unit
Connecting unit adopts hot melt adhesive, four side gauge positioning, ensuring transport efficiency and accuracy.
Folding unit
