Semi Automatic Powder Filling Machine Model KR/SAF-1000 is the base model of Powder Filling Machines offered by us. It is equipped with a Servo Motor for Auger Filler. It is suitable for packing multiple products in mutable pack size in small batches. Best suited when solid containers and laminated and non laminated pre-made pouches are used for packing.

Fill Non-Free Flowing Powders Chemicals, Pharmaceutical Powers, Food & Beverages, Cosmetics etc. like most suitable for filling of almost all types of dry powders like Flour, Powdered Energy supplements, Milk powder, Powdered juices, Powdered spices, Talcum powder, Pharmaceutical powders, Chemical powders, etc.

Features:

Powder filling is controlled with PLC based controller for filling to achieve very high accuracy in filling. It comes with built in pulse. The auger rotation pulse is modified and adjustable by touch screen system for accurate weight compensation. This assures high filling accuracy as desired.
Vertically mounted Servo Motor for precise stopping of the screw rotating at high speed.
Independently driven agitator
Capable of storing filling parameter for up to 20 products makes selecting product - fill weight by touch of a buttonElectrical panel within built protective circuit.
