Product Description
High-efficiency self-cleaning screen is a new high-efficiency screen, which is totally independently developed by our company. The high-efficiency self-cleaning screen has obtained the national utility model patent certificate and won the national award-China Industrial Research Innovation Achievement Award. The product has strong flip-flow performance and the wires are independent of each other,the middle is connected by polyurethane, the wires are round & the section is formed into a funnel shape( wide upper + narrow beneath). Because of the unique structure, not only is the percentage of aperture opening higher, but also the materials on the screen panel are able to be quickly permeable.In addition, each wire can be independently vibrated with the wake of the vibration of sieving machine , under this situation , the materials on the screen panel won’t be stuck and sticky, finally achieving the self-cleaning effect .
