It is applicable for assessing the scratch-resistant performance of automobile wire insulation with external forces in line with the requirements of GB/T12528-2008.
Main parameters:
1. The scratch grinding device exercises in two directions along wire axes with a stroke above 10mm
2. Exercise frequency: 50~60 cycles/min
3. Minimum distance between test points and test point and test sample end: >10mm; rotation angle of test sample: 90®
4. Length of test sample: Test sample which is about 750mm is firmly fixed to a steel anvil
5. Weight: 400, 700, 1000g (weights applied to scratching needle)
6. Function: The device will stop when the scratching needle grinds through insulation and comes into contact with conductor
